These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Henyo Games ("we", "us", or "our") and govern your use of the game Mahjong Pa More (the "Game", the "App"), including the web version, the mobile apps, the optional online multiplayer mode, the optional player account, and the optional Ad-Free subscription (together, the "Service"). Mahjong Pa More is a Filipino-style mahjong game of skill.
By downloading, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
The Game is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. By using the Game you represent that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) and that you are able to form a binding contract, or that you have your parent or guardian's permission. Account sign-in is available only to users old enough to hold an Apple, Google, or Facebook account under those providers' terms.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, resell, rent, or create derivative works of the Game or its content, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
You can play without an account. If you choose to sign in (with Sign in with Apple, Google, or Facebook), you are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials with those providers secure. Accounts exist to back up and restore your game progress across devices — see our Privacy Policy. You may delete your account and cloud-saved data at any time from within the Game (Profile › Account › Delete Account) or by emailing us.
The Game includes virtual items such as LaroLoad and Ginto (in-game currencies), cosmetic tile sets, felts, avatars and emotes, and your Antas rank. These are licensed to you for use within the Game and are not your property. They:
Nothing in the Game is a game of chance played for money or money's worth.
The Game is free to play and supported by advertising. You may optionally purchase the Ad-Free subscription, which removes banner and interstitial ads while it is active (rewarded ads remain optional and are never required). Details:
Ad-Free is a functional convenience only. It does not grant any gameplay advantage, currency, or rank, and does not change the game's outcomes.
Unless you have an active Ad-Free subscription, the Game shows advertising, including house cross-promotions for other games and third-party ads. Ads are served in accordance with the Game's age rating and applicable advertising policies for family-suitable content. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.

We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or reset progress obtained through violations.
You are responsible for any display name or other content you provide. By providing it, you grant us a licence to use it as needed to operate the Service (for example, showing your display name and avatar to other players at the table). Do not submit content you do not have the right to share.
The Game and all of its content — including software, artwork, tile designs, characters, text, and the "Mahjong Pa More" name and logo — are owned by Henyo Games or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited licence to play, no rights are granted to you.
The Game relies on third-party services (including Google Firebase for sign-in and cloud save, Google Mobile Ads/AdMob and our house-ad network for advertising, and Stripe/PayMongo for web payments), and is distributed through app marketplaces such as Google Play and the Apple App Store. Your use of those services and stores is also governed by their own terms and policies.
Apple-specific terms (iOS). If you obtained the Game from the Apple App Store, these Terms are between you and Henyo Games only, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the Game or its support. To the extent of any conflict, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available, or that online matches or cloud save will never be lost. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of the above may not apply to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Henyo Games will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress, or virtual items, arising from your use of the Game. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Game will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Game in the twelve months before the claim, or ₱1,000 (or its local equivalent). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
You may stop using the Game at any time and delete your account from within the Game. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Game. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including virtual-item terms, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time — for example, if we add features. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective date" above and, where appropriate, provide notice within the Game or on our distribution page. Your continued use of the Game after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of the Philippines will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
